Yes, most of our modules are delivered fully assembled and ready for use, so the installation process is minimal.
Fold-out models are compactly transported and set up on site in 1-3 hours.

We recommend concrete base, pile foundations or a flat compacted base.
For larger modules (e.g. 74 m²), a more robust concrete pad is recommended.

Yes. All modules have complete electrical installation (sockets, switches, luminaires, RCD protection).
Modules with sanitary facilities also have ready-made water inlet and waste water outlet.

Yes. Most models have:

  • 50-100 mm of rock wool or polyurethane insulation,

  • sealed sandwich panels,

  • windows that comply with energy gates.

The capsule models with 100 mm PU insulation are winterised.

Depends on the project:

  • Small modules: 3-7 week production, built in 1 day

  • Large / fold-out models: 4-10 weeks production, parking 1-3 hours.

Yes. Several projects allow:

  • personalise the internal layout,

  • choice of finishing colours,

  • add additional equipment (e.g. underfloor heating, projector, smart system).

Yes, modular homes are mobile.
They can be transported by road and relocated without the need for additional building permits (often the case).

Most common accessories:

  • underfloor heating,

  • air conditioners,

  • anti-freeze protection for pipes,

  • smart door systems,

  • projectors,

  • stargazing skylight (on capsule models).

Yes. All products must 12-24 month warranty, depending on the model.
Electrical and plumbing equipment - under manufacturer's warranty.

In many cases, modular homes can be built without a building permit, provided that their area and use comply with the requirements of the LR STR.
However, we recommend checking with your local municipality before building.
