This 17.8 m² modular house has been designed to high standards of thermal and structural quality. The walls consist of sandwich panels made of double 0.30 mm steel and 100 mm rock wool insulation, providing strength and excellent thermal resistance.
The roof is insulated with 100 mm glass wool and has a water drainage system. The floor construction consists of 18 mm cement fibre board and an additional 100 mm of glass wool insulation, covered with a durable PVC vinyl floor covering. The sub-floor is protected underneath by a galvanised profiled sheet which guarantees resistance to moisture and environmental influences.
The module is equipped with two 920 × 1200 mm double-glazed sliding windows and an insulated steel door (925 × 2035 mm). It is also fully wired with 4 electrical sockets, a light switch, 2 luminaires and an RCD.
The entire structure is designed to be fully ready for use immediately after construction.
