This 12.76 m² modular house is compact, yet exceptionally modern and functional. It is based on a solid welded steel frame, giving the structure stability and strength. The external walls are made of powder-coated aluminium panels, a finish that is resistant to environmental influences and gives it a modern, aesthetic appearance.
The walls are insulated with 100 mm of polyurethane insulation, which has excellent heat retention properties. Panoramic 10 mm toughened glass and double glazing provide plenty of natural light and create an open, airy environment, even in compact spaces.
The module is equipped with modern amenities such as central air conditioning, a water heater, a shower and a smart door locking system. LED lighting is also integrated to complement the modern design.
The interior space can be fully customised, from layout to finishing materials. Optional extras include underfloor heating, pipe frost protection, a projector or smoke alarm.
