This 25.87 m² modular capsule house has been designed to provide maximum comfortable living space in a compact structure. The base consists of a welded steel frame with high strength and durability. The outer walls are made of powder-coated aluminium panels, a hard-wearing, durable and modern finish suitable for a wide range of climatic conditions.
A 100 mm polyurethane insulation layer integrated in the walls ensures excellent energy efficiency. Large 10 mm tempered glass panoramic windows with double glazing provide plenty of natural light and increase the feeling of interior space.
The interior is fully customisable, from layout solutions to finishing materials. The module is equipped with advanced equipment such as central air conditioning, water heater, shower and smart door locking system. Optional extras include underfloor heating, a projector, anti-freeze protection for pipes and smoke alarms.
The integrated LED lighting accentuates the design of the house and gives it a distinctive modern character.
