This 17.8 m² modular house is designed to be stable, energy efficient and resistant to environmental factors. The structure consists of a powder-coated steel frame and sandwich-type sandwich walls filled with 50 mm rock wool, which provides good thermal and acoustic insulation.
The roof is insulated with 40 mm of glass wool and has an integrated water drainage system. The flooring is made of 18 mm cement fibre board and the sub-floor is protected from below by a galvanised profiled sheet to protect against moisture and mechanical damage.
The module is equipped with two 920 × 1200 mm double-glazed sliding windows and a 925 × 2035 mm insulated steel door. These units provide good thermal resistance and ease of use.
Thanks to its clever design and pre-installed elements, the module is fully ready for use immediately after it is built on site.
