This 74.3 m² expandable container house is designed to offer maximum comfort and space, while maintaining the advantages of mobility and quick installation. The structure is based on a strong galvanised steel frame, which provides stability and resistance for long-term use.
The walls are made of sandwich-type composite panels, with an outer layer of 75 mm and an inner layer of 50-55 mm, giving the house excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. Aluminium-framed double-glazed windows increase energy efficiency and let in plenty of natural light. The floors are made of strong cement fibre boards for strength and stability.
With a weight of 5000 kg and a compact design, the house can be easily transported and erected in a very short time. It is a versatile solution for living, relaxing, working or renting.
