This 38 m² capsule house is designed as a modern, high-end living module combining futuristic aesthetics, advanced engineering and smart technology. The structure is based on a strong steel frame, providing stability and durability. The outer wall panels are made of powder-coated aluminium, making them resistant to corrosion and environmental influences.
The thermal insulation is a 100 mm layer of polyurethane, which has very good thermal insulation properties. The windows can be fitted with triple-glazed LOW-E units (6+18A+6 mm) or laminated insulating glass (6+6 mm), which increase energy efficiency and provide comfort in all seasons.
The module incorporates a panoramic balcony with 10 mm tempered glass, and the entire exterior is accentuated by perimeter LED lighting, giving the capsule a distinctive visual character. The entrance door is controlled by an intelligent access control system for security and convenience.
The bathroom is fully equipped with glass sliding doors, shower, smart toilet, water heater, washbasin and mixer. The main equipment includes central air conditioning, water heating system and heating and ventilation unit for the bathroom area.
The capsule can be equipped with additional solutions such as electric underfloor heating, pipe frost protection, a projector, smoke detector, skylight or a stargazing window in the ceiling, if required.
